The receptionist made me go to a window that had a high counter which I could barely see her and vice versa as I am in a wheelchair. She was hard to understand as she talked low not very clearly or friendly.

Dr. Staarmann was through and explained things we could understand.

Dr. Staarmann is tremendous; she's clearly highly skilled in neuro, but she was also able to discuss things in a way that felt understandable, comfortable, and individualized for our situation. It's not easy to deliver less-than-ideal news to a family, but her communication and delivery were exactly what we needed in a moment of fear and uncertainty. She patiently answered all of our questions and listened with care. We're very confident in leaving things in her hands. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
